I found this article {http://www.logodesignworks.com/blog/the-levis-logo-timeless-appeal} on a few reasons why Levi's is one of the most successful logos out there. I think this mark has been able to be versatile throughout the decades for Levi since it is simple, yet unique. The color and typeface, along with the tri-point shape that surrounds it, are visually bold and clear. I especially love the recent incarnation in the "Go Forth" print and TV ads.
